Function decode

): Promise<Image | Animation | GIF>
Decodes any supported image: GIFs are returned as GIF (an Animation), animated WebPs as Animation, everything else (including APNGs, as their default image) as Image. Animation.decode decodes the frames of GIFs, APNGs and WebPs
Parameters
- data: BinaryData
  The image data
- Optionaloptions: AnimationDecodeOptions & DecodeOptions
